BVN Hoa Binh is located in Lac Son, Hoa Binh. It is on Ho Chi Minh trail and about 170 km to Nghi Son port.

The factory area is 6.5 ha and it has been authorized to use 22.000 ha area of planted acacia for production.

The factory is under construction and expected to start operating in the middle of 2023. The capacity is around 150,000 tons per year.
