The first upcoming project is located in Thanh Chuong district, Nghe An. It is on Ho Chi Minh trail and about 70 km to Cua Lo port.

The factory area is 5.6 ha and it has been authorized to use 35.000 ha area of planted acacia for production.

The factory is under construction and start operating middle of 2021. The capacity is around 150,000 tons per year.
